Managed mode/ hosted mode:

Only telepresence rooms are connected on your private network. In this configuration, Multipoint facilities and gateways between your private network and public networks are provided by Novasight on request. This mode is called "Hosted VNOC” (hosted service). However, if your private network includes, in addition to telepresence rooms, Multipoint facilities and gateways to other networks, Novasigth will deliver its telepresence service on the basis of these equipments. This mode is called "Managed VNOC” (managed service). It is reserved for companies with substantial resources and expertise in the field of telepresence.


In hosted mode, our services include:

• Booking procedures
• Establishing connections between your telepresence rooms
• User support
• Technical management of telepresence rooms

In managed mode:
Novasight offers you all or part of our hosting services based on the capacities and equipments available on your private network.

 

Novasight connects to your private network:

• In hosted mode: via Optical fiber access from 20 Mb / s
• In managed mode: via SDSL access or optical fiber from 1 Mb / s

The protection of your private network is ensured by the installation of a firewall as an interface with Novasight equipment.

 

 

Optional services (only in hosted mode):

• Gateway function: Novasight provides the connection of your telepresence rooms with rooms from outside networks (telepresence, videoconferencing, telephone, webconferencing ...) via public networks (telepresence, Internet, ISDN, 3G...)
• Centralized directory: With the possibility to integrate your corporate LDAP directory.

 
Recording and Streaming: Novasight can record your video conference and your datas for archiving, editing, DVD production or streaming on your VPN and Internet.
