Multipoint Back-up

Use:

Your company has invested in a video conferencing network infrastructure and the development of its uses requires a high level of availability.

Novasight offers you in case of failure of your Multipoint server to provide you with back-up resources to ensure the continuity of services until your own equipment is repaired.

Several subscription packages to our back-up Multipoint service are available depending on:

• number of required resources (Multipoint ports)
• number of guaranteed days of service per year

These resources are accessible via Internet and ISDN.

Service details: Acceptance of IP or ISDN access Permutation deadline after signalling a failure of the client's multipoint bridge: 4 working hours (if pre-tests were realized) Back-up organization: Virtual IP / ISDN multipoint rooms with SD ports (CIF, 2CIF, 4 CIF, SD), a maximum 512Kb / s per port Consumption unit: per day of back-up service Options charged according to use:             -Launch and supervision of managed video conferences             -Recording & Streaming of video conferences
