For customers without any audio or video conferencing infrastructure, Novasight provides access to its own technical resources.

This is made possible with the help of Polycom, Cisco and Tandberg servers.

These resources are accessible for customers via the public ISDN network and Internet. They can also be reached via the company's private network which is connected to our production facilities in a secured way.

For safety and service quality commitment reasons, these resources have a back-up and are located on two different data centers linked together by optical fibers and working in load sharing mode.
