Tele Operation and Multipoint Server Hosting
You have invested or plan to invest in a Mutipoint video conferencing server. This type of equipment requires a suitable technical environment (Telecom network, means of administration and maintenance) often unavailable to the customer. Novasight offers you to release yourself from technical and administrative expertise and to host and / or remotely operate your Multipoint server. Your server is reserved exclusively for your use but enjoys the technical and operating support of the Novasight team.
Initiation process:
- Analysis of the customer's need by Novasight and advice on the sizing of the server and the required network access resources (ISDN or IP).
- Supply and installation of the client's Multipoint server either on his or Novasight's premises (hosting option)
- Supply of network access (hosting option)
- Administrative management (configuration, management of site and video conferencing databases, software updates, ...)
Operation:
- Management of Multipoint video conferences (booking, launch of video conferences and operator assistance during the event)
- Capacity overflow
- Capacity back-up
- Preventive maintenance of the server, error diagnosis and initiation of corrective maintenance level 1. Remote access to the Multipoint server on the customer’s premises do not violate the protection of the customer's LAN.
